Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns involving vehicle safety very seriously, which is why we thoroughly inspected your vehicle upon its arrival at our dealership. During our inspection, all lug nuts were found to be tightened within Honda's specified torque specification. To ensure complete transparency, we video documented the removal process and reviewed the footage with you. You also personally inspected the vehicle with our team while it was in our service department. After completing the inspection, you elected to purchase a replacement tire from our dealership, and no evidence was found that would support the concerns of damaged wheel studs, lug nuts, or wheels resulting from our previous service. We understand that unexpected vehicle issues can be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to inspect your vehicle and address your concerns. Our technicians follow Honda repair procedures and use the proper equipment and specifications when servicing our customers' vehicles.
