Salesperson was good. . everything else was a disaster. Sales manager said we didn't need to have both partners there to close the deal. Waited 15-20 minutes for finance . everything else was a disaster. Sales manager said we didn't need to have both partners there to close the deal. Waited 15-20 minutes for finance person to be available and they said we had to have both partners in person. So my partner came to the dealership to sign papers and we thought that we were done. We then received daily calls/texts for the next several days as they found new paperwork that wasn't completed. Additionally, the dealership had an IOU, we had to follow up several times then when the product finally came in we were getting hustled to come down and pick it up immediately. Wont be going back. More

Ridgeline mileage minder notified me of service upcoming - B1 service. Made appointment online, very convenient. Ms Williams was ready for my check in time. We discussed the items to be addressed approximat - B1 service. Made appointment online, very convenient. Ms Williams was ready for my check in time. We discussed the items to be addressed approximately when service was to be completed. I asked a number of questions which she answered for me regarding previous service items. She contacted me while the truck was being serviced and itemized several items that should be addressed and confirmed the specific items that were being completed at this time. Service was completed and I was advised when it was available to be picked up. Very pleased with the service, pricing was acceptable and Ms Williams did a good job. More

Eric helped me understand the breakdown of the suggested services and helped me prioritize to get my car up and running again. I appreciated that he took the time to test drive my car to hear the sound it w services and helped me prioritize to get my car up and running again. I appreciated that he took the time to test drive my car to hear the sound it was making and going the extra mile by following up with me by text about ordering the part needed to fix my car. The waiting room chairs were really nice and a big screen tv to watch made the waiting more enjoyable than other places. The option to have a shuttle to a nearby location was great as well. More
