The button on the gear shift on my 2017 CRV broke. I was only able to change gears by putting my thumb deeply into the shifter knob. I went directly to my dealership. Estimated time was 1 1/2 hours because only able to change gears by putting my thumb deeply into the shifter knob. I went directly to my dealership. Estimated time was 1 1/2 hours because obviously I didn’t have an appointment. And no idea of the cost or what would be involved. Less than an hour later my service guy came to me and said I was all set and no charge. Apparently it is a known issue. I was overjoyed 😄 Not only was my issue resolved, but they also checked all fluids, tire pressure, vacuumed the driver side and washed my car. I could not be happier!!!!! More
