I had been looking on line for several weeks and knew what I wanted. I expected the usual, " car salesman" hard sell approach so I was really surprised when I said I just wanted to test drive a car and would not be buying that day and the reply was very positive. I continued shopping and had a very negative encounter at another dealership. I returned the next day and bought the car after very low key bargaining at the price I wanted to pay! Polite - Great follow- through Took my CRV in for routine service and one recall item. Needed to leave car for the day due to recall. He was very courteous and attentive to my particular needs and made it possible for me to bring my car in the day prior to the service by setting up a rental car for me to use during the extended service period. Service was excellent! I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Josh was great to work with. He greeted me right away, asked what was needed and was I going I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Josh was great to work with. He greeted me right away, asked what was needed and was I going to stay. I told him I had someone picking me up and he said he would call me when it was ready. Less than 2 hours he called and I picked it up shortly after that. I will definitely ask for him next time I come in. More
