Poor customer service by Mr. Morales, Service Advisor I have almost 20K in mileage and have therefore been in for service 3 times prior (every 5K miles), each time at Lou Sobh's/Honda of the Avenues. I h I have almost 20K in mileage and have therefore been in for service 3 times prior (every 5K miles), each time at Lou Sobh's/Honda of the Avenues. I have the MasterTech maintenance plan, as well as gap coverage. In the 3 times I had gone in for service at Lou Sobh's/Honda of the Avenues, MasterTech paid for my oil & filter change and tire rotation. On 092317 I went in for another oil & filter change and tire rotation appointment. Mr. Morales, a service advisor informed me that I do not have the maintenance plan, but rather the gap coverage. Since I had already been covered by the MasterTech maintenance plan at 5K, 10K and 15K miles, he should have looked into it further instead of insinuating that THEIR finance department DUPED me when I purchased the car almost 2 years ago. I believe he needs more training in customer service and should have researched my case further. As someone working with the public/customers, he is expected to provide good customer service to every individual he is to work with. Possibly to recover from his faux pas, or just out of the goodness of his heart, I was not 'charged', and was informed that my car was ready. I think this gesture needs to be noted. I saw the Doug, the finance manager and was provided proof that I in fact, as had been noted on their service log and on previous visits, is under MasterTech Maintenance plan, not just gap. I provided the printout verification to Mr. Morales, who quickly 'updated and corrected' his computer's 'missing information'. More

Excellent Care & Attention from the Service Department On 9/21/17, Ryan gave me excellent customer care on my 18K routine maintenance service on my 2016 Honda HRV. Good deal on new car We went to a competitor before coming to Honda of the Avenues. The Sales Manager at the said dealership came over to us and was condescending and rude. We drove over to Honda of the Avenues and met Dustin Schack. Dustin was able to provide us with a fair price on a new vehicle so we purchased that day. More

Linda was very nice. Low pressure and good deal. My car was ruined by the hurricane flooding but I was able to get a really good deal on a new car. I think I'm done Superb job with the mechanics! Everything was going very well. My only exception was noticing that my vehicle was completed (seen it being parked) I Superb job with the mechanics! My only exception was noticing that my vehicle was completed (seen it being parked) I had to wait, and wait and wait, finally I was asked by the service secretary if I needed anything. I explained that my vehicle was done but I do not see my advisor. She told me that he was at lunch (understandable) but I do not need to wait until he returns before getting my car back. She said paperwork needs to be completed. I still was waiting, waiting, etc. finally with me hanging out by the service area, pacing, the same employee went to the service supervisor to let him know that I was not being completed. He sent someone over to my service advisor's desk to get my paperwork..... so it was NOT being finalized... they had not even attempted to be ready for me. After he got it they only took a few more minutes to let me know they were ready. The whole extra time took over an hour. I could have been doing many other things in that time. Bobby, even though was exceptional, should have told me that he was going to lunch and assigned it to another advisor/supervisor. More
