Leaving one star is an underrepresentation of the type of treatment me and my girlfriend received at Honda of the avenues. What seemed to be a simple AC fix with an official bulletin turned out to be a night treatment me and my girlfriend received at Honda of the avenues. After being given THREE different estimates for the job, extra work done that we never asked for, and being told different amounts of freeon, we were fed up. Jimmy at the service department responded to our first call and proved himself to be a despicable person. After receiving a call from my girlfriend's godmother regarding the protocol for pricing changes, he proceeded to ask "Is she 15? Why is her mother calling?". Various comments were made of the sort and nothing but disrespect on the phone. We were hung up on twice. After speaking to Jimmy's supervisor, Bryan, he supported Jimmy's comment, in addition to bashing the godmother and asking to "speak to her husband". This type of disrespect is unacceptable. It only took multiple days of calling voicemails and meeting in person to finally speak to the general manager Christa, who proved that the administrators here are peas in a pod. Christa proved not helpful at all and all that was promised is to handle it "internally". It took 30 minutes of back and forth with Christa to get some sort of compensation to occur.
