I’ve been waiting on a part since January 2023. I’ve been kept apprised of when it was expected since then. Worked with Allison and she was top notch! When the part arrived I discovered Allison I’ve been kept apprised of when it was expected since then. Worked with Allison and she was top notch! When the part arrived I discovered Allison no longer worked at Honda of the Avenues. What a tremendous loss for this dealership. However, Paula took over and has been awesome. She is very informative and went the extra mile to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. I now have my SUV fixed and hope nothing else happens. The service department just CONTINUES to disappoint time after time. Quoted wrong price for warranty battery replacement ( and did not honor original quote) and then charged more to do my wife’s oil change after time. Quoted wrong price for warranty battery replacement ( and did not honor original quote) and then charged more to do my wife’s oil change the day after I did mine for a much cheaper price. These are just a couple of the recent issues I’ve had with their service department. You would be wise to avoid any service work from here if at all possible More

Lucy is the only service person I deal with, as she is always friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. I think it takes longer than is reasonable for a standard oil change - takes only several minu always friendly, helpful, professional and courteous.
