Prompt and Pleasant Stopped by for some regular maintenance and recall. I dropped off my car in under 5 minutes and was told it would be about 5 hours(expected due to the Stopped by for some regular maintenance and recall. I appreciate when they give you an accurate estimate of how long you will be without your vehicle, it allowed me to plan my day with little to no stress or hassle. More

Great service. Had all my service questions answered on the spot and confirmed what I needed done for the current service and what I needed for the following service. From the moment I arrived I felt so comfortable and he explained all I needed to know about a coupon I wanted to use, he also advised me he would let me know before rotating my tires if it was necessary. I have to say I have been to the dealership quite a bit and never have I received the service I did today. Justin is an exceptional employee and you are so lucky to have him on your team. I hope he is recognized for the excellent job he provides and he should really be considered a promotion next time it's needed. Thank you for making my experience worth a million bucks!
