I called and verified the service department would be open on Veterans Day. They said yes I told them I needed B1 service according to my car and headed out. I had made an appointment at a different dealer for this same issue previously. Had that appointment a week in advance (and left the car with them all day 8+ hours) they didn’t even look at the vehicle. I b same issue previously. I brought my car to Honda at the Avenues, I only scheduled an appointment 20 minutes before opening. . Not only did they fix my car, they did it the same day- updating me as work was being completed. So thankful for the mechanics and Josh Stodel for being an amazing advisor! More

Courteous and Efficient I had no appointment and they are always very accommodating.
