Almost switched away but they got good again I got to the Jacksonville area in 2009. My 2007 Ridgeline was still in warrantee so I started here. In the interest of maintaining the resale value I kept doing all my routine maint w these folks. About a year ago I waited too long for simple maintenance a couple of visits and wasn’t happy w the quality. I commented and out of convenience tried again a few weeks ago. Service has returned to excellent. I teach aviation maintenance... well.. I’m “semi retired” but certainly capable of most of the maintenance on this vehicle but years ago decided to have the vehicle I depended on daily maintained professionally. It keeps my hobbies fun and removes the pressure of HAVING to work on something in my off time. Nice to have these folks back up to excellent and caring. I feel a little guilty not remembering my techs name but he was so good I checked my invoice. He even chatted enough to know we were moving out of the area. He offered and printed out my entire 9 year maint history with them to make my records less bulky and more accurate. Thank you! More
