Had the car serviced for 6 month service Service was fine. Had to wait two hours. Thought the floor mat would have been vacuumed as a courtesy, but it was not.. Thank You. Service was fine. Great communication and friendly service from hard workers! My routine maintenance went well and they checked for any possible issues in the future. Service rep (Bob Mandele) was great with everything and goes My routine maintenance went well and they checked for any possible issues in the future. Service rep (Bob Mandele) was great with everything and goes the extra step to make sure everything is taken care of. Has great recommendations and is not out to take your money. He understand you will keep coming back if he is honest and fair. Shuttle service is tremendous. Get calls from driver (I think Cathy) to remind you if you wait later in the day so you don't miss out on a ride back. Very safe driving from a vary caring person who represents you well. That being said, you staff mentioned is why I am there. If things change, can't guarantee I would keep coming back as I now live out of the area. But very much worth the drive to work with the two of them each time. More

We had two cars that needed service. We dealt with James. James was extremely helpful. One of our cars needed service and also body work. He recommended two businesses for the body work. We were very impre James was extremely helpful. One of our cars needed service and also body work. He recommended two businesses for the body work. We were very impressed with the one we chose. As far as service on both of our Hondas he was thorough. He kept us updated on additional service needs (rear brakes needed replacing) and let us know when our cars were ready to be picked up. We will be asking for James in the future. More
