Stopped in for an oil change. Scott, my service rep, was exceptionally, fantastic. Provided the Highest level of customer service. Very friendly. Made me feel welcome. Excellent Customer Care I must say that on my first visit, I decided to never return, but due to the convenience of the location, I called to ask questions. Bobby Howard actually answered the phone and answered all of my questions and actually booked my appointment. This will be my 2nd visit. When I arrived he was there to like a gentleman waiting to open the door for me. He was extremely professional, courteous and had a great personality. This was my second visit and I must admit, I will definitely come back again. I also want to give a thumbs up to Bobby Mandele who drove me to my office as my car was being taken care of.
