Service has returned to excellent In the last couple of visits prior to this one I have had a mixed bag of service including a 2 1/2 hr wait for a 'quick oil change'. My visit earlier In the last couple of visits prior to this one I have had a mixed bag of service including a 2 1/2 hr wait for a 'quick oil change'. My visit earlier this week shows a return to the high standards I was used to. I made an appointment to have my airbag serviced while I got my routine oil and filter. I was specifically told who my rep was (James Mosley). When I drove in he was expecting me, he knew what I was there for and was particularly cordial but at the same time professional enough to know I had someone waiting to pick me up. When I got my Ridgeline back the work was done, the price fair and Mr Mosely seemed particularly interested in my satisfaction...and no...I'm an old guy, not a young blonde..LOL. Thanks More

Just came in this time for an oil change and tire rotation. Great customer service all the way around!
