A great experience! I went in for service as the wrench was showing up on the mileage area and the oil life was low and another # I had not seen before. After switching to Honda and using Honda At the Avenues Service Department, I am amazed to learn that it is not the norm for poor repairs to be done! What a refreshing change to own such a dependable vehicle that my Honda is and know that when I take it in to have routine maintenance completed, the job is done in a timely manner, with precision, with no hard up-sell for unnecessary repairs or accessories. My Service Advisor always goes over my recommended maintenance while checking out. The dealership waiting room is very comfortable and clean with a friendly staff. Would purchase again from Honda At the Avenues. More
