Valerie was AMAZING!! I am getting ready to move from the island to the mainland. When I took my car in for regular maintenance, they discovered the struts needed to be fixed. The work required the car to be in the shop for an additional 3 hours. I had started to panic. I had several errands planned for the day for my upcoming move. Valerie was able to get me a loaner car for the hours that the car would be in the shop. It was such a HUGE stress relief to be able to get prepped for my move while my car was being repaired.
