Bait and Switch I tried to buy 2 of their advertised cars 3 times last month. As soon as I tell them I am off island and can't come in for a sales pitch to up sell me I tried to buy 2 of their advertised cars 3 times last month. As soon as I tell them I am off island and can't come in for a sales pitch to up sell me they have their sales manager call or text me that the "vehicle is no longer available". But after a few days they post it for sale again and I try to buy it again and guess what??!! When I tell them I have a friend that will come and do a visual inspection for me the "vehicle is no longer available". BAIT AND SWITCH, thought those tactics were old school but I guess things NEVER change with used car salesmen. Did this BS 3 times and THE CAR IS STILL ADVERTISED FOR SALE!!! THEY WON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS OR TEXTS. Their customer relations office is in California. AWFUL customer service. They had lost my car key and refuse to re-key after being advised so by HPD. Over Paid $3000 to get car repaired and told repairs were done and they call back with another $3000 refuse to re-key after being advised so by HPD.
