Freindly service Customer service was great. But I do have one concern, I picked up my license plates and registration. The girl at the front desk went outside to as Customer service was great. But I do have one concern, I picked up my license plates and registration. The girl at the front desk went outside to ask 3 salesreps who was standing outside, to help me with my new plates. It took the 3 of them to decide who, or even said I can't. Seriously, till I had to say, Let's not all decide to help me. One salesrep did step up. I truly wish John Coe was there, I'm sure and I know he'll be the first to help me with my new plates, no question. Sorry to hear he's not there anymore and will be truly missed with his awesome service, knowledge and friendliness. More

Everything is pre determined and set by mainland, sales staff hands tied, service department always told me my 4 year old fully loaded F150 was top shape when I had an 8 year warranty and free service; until I tried trading in and all of a sudden it was a maintenance mess and not worth even half of KBB. Went to Cutter Ford walked out same night with fully loaded F250 and got my trade in value that I thought fair. More
