At now time did l feel pressured. My salesman (Khalil) and the finance manager (Edy) were pleasant and easy to work with. The car has performed very well in the two weeks I've had it. Good save on recall delay We are only here in Hawaii 5 months per year now. We got two recall notices. Mistreated badly by sakesperson I had just purchased a car drove hone with the car a few days got a call from sales person saying ny loan didnt finalize so i called the loan departme I had just purchased a car drove hone with the car a few days got a call from sales person saying ny loan didnt finalize so i called the loan departmentT got that fixed got a welcome call from the loan department and were asked question about the car about the loan. Few days after sales person call to tell me that the lian returned the contract and so i called the loan to find out why ,i was told they returned the contract to have it adjusted or make changes and have it re submitted with the correction that need to be corrected that was about the orice of purchase. . Fallowing day he called and asked if i could stop by so i said sure . Received a tex adking what time can i come so i decieded to stop by on my way to work. Not expecting that he wanted ne ti stop by to take the car back abd only then he told ne tgat the bank will nit honor the lioan.as i got there he ask for the key i thought he was going to get or do something to the car so i handed the keys and he asked ne to wait in the office. As ge sat onky tgen he tokd ne tgat the back did not suprise that he asked ne to stop by without telling ne tgat i no longer can use the car nit even to go to work which he knew i was on ny way to work and had me cleaned out the car with my belongings and out tgem in a big trash bag that he gave because i had things in the car and was not able to take it iut because he neglected to ket ne know ahead of time that the car need to be returned on the day he ask me to stop by. Was treated badly and disrespect and ambarrased by making ne go to the dealearship to have the car taken without being informed, not having a car to go to work and expected me to go to wiork by uber ior taxi.sales person unlocked the car and handed me trash bag to put my things that was in the car and left me looking stupid and embarrassed standing under the sun taking my things of the car with garbage bag and trying to call work because i wont be able to go and calling to have someone to pick me up while the sales person just stood by parking entrance.I didnt deserved to be treated the way that sales person treated ne i wanted to cry and scream .Called the finacial that handled the signing process and explained what was happening and all he could say is im sorry that it ended this way and that he don't know and that i have to talk to the sales person or his manager...got ignored like i want there .all the way until my ride came he only cane back to tell me that i need to return my spare key and only then will i get my down payment. Went home cane back same day to give the key no refund the person in charge fir signing the check had left and i have to wait till Monday and this even took place Friday they just took the car didn't sign nothing not even ask for the form that they made me sign the car just had a full gas tank and the sales person replied well u had the car for about a week and so just call it quits ir even out or trade. All I know is that there was a major improvement in the flow of morning drop-offs. That is greatly appreciated. Calling the customer at the completion of the job is also expected and appreciated. An effort seems to be made in this area and again, that is most appreciated. That's what "service" is all about. By the way, Theresa Paperd is top-notch! More
Terrible we Looked online and saw what we wanted , called in they said come down we have it , got there it’s. It there it’s at the dock. Was called a few hours later to come back got there truck was still at the dock... wasted my time twice going there in one day and I live 30-45 minutes away. Second time I got there saw the truck I ended up buying. This was February it’s now April and my financing is still not complete I still haven’t made my first payment and it’s very frustrating the unknowing is what’s happening !!!! More

Disappointed I have always been very loyal and pleased with Honolulu Ford's sales team. Recently, I came in to replace a lost key fob. After taking my car, the shu I have always been very loyal and pleased with Honolulu Ford's sales team. Recently, I came in to replace a lost key fob. After taking my car, the shuttle drove me home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. After about thirty minutes, they called to tell me my car was ready. I paid for the key and decided to test it before I left. This is when I discovered that the key did not work. The fob has a "blade" key that is supposed to open the door. It didn't. I returned to the service department and was told to wait while they fixed it. What was supposed to be thirty minutes ended up being over two hours as they tried repeatedly to make the key. What I found most disappointing was that I asked the man who made the key whether he checked if it worked. His response was, "Yes, I looked at both keys and they looked the same." I asked him if he had tested it on the car and he admitted that it would have been better if he tested it. Duh. This is unacceptable, especially for a dealership that supposedly cares about doing high quality work. More

Unlike other dealerships, they were very low pressure and knowledgeable about their cars and services offered at the dealership. I got a great price and did not have to spend a lot of time negotiating. Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
