He performed his job but sat back when the wife and I needed alone time to discuss questions. Rich was the only sales person that acknowledged my wife and I while we were at the dealer. The management team worked well with us they were firm but fair on my trade. I have dealt with four different dealers here in oahu and by far one of the best expirances on island. There was a misunderstanding with a product but Edy immediately contacted me and made it right, that is hard to find at times since we move so often a military member. The personnel that performs the wash and detail could use a little more attention to detail as I had some small dirty sports after they washed my new truck. No worries I came home and washed it right off. Thank you Honolulu Ford for the great experience job well done. More

Wait was longer than usual I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they said it would take 2-2.5 hours). They did offer to give me a free car wash to make up for the wait. The service was done right, but they need to work on wait times. More
