In Sept 2019, a bad recall happened where none of my rear lights worked leaving the dealer for the first time. A police officer stopped me and said "nice truck sir but none of your rear lights are working" I returned the next day and had sales, service, dealer and service manger was on me and my truck to find out what happened. It got fixed. My last service was Jan 2023. My Ford Pass did not connect. Ms. Fey Nelson went out of her way to connect the app. She backed up her skills by getting coworker Angel to make sure the app was solid and working. Honolulu Ford is family to me. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by my sevice adviser Fey with a smile and a sense that I was valued as a customer. Although I was just there for a regular service appointment she made sure I und adviser Fey with a smile and a sense that I was valued as a customer. Although I was just there for a regular service appointment she made sure I understood all that would be done that day to my vehicle, when I went to pick up my vehicle upon completion Fey introduced me to Jon Le the service manager who I have met in the past, he remembered me from my past visits and asked how everything was and asked if I needed anything, I told him I was good and thanked him for the way he and his staff always treat me when I come in. He then gave me his card and his number and told me should I ever need anything or be unsatisfied with my service to call him directly. I know that most service departments get a bad rap but These two individuals (Fey/Jon) are truly a testament to the way that you train your employees. I am so glad that I chose Honolulu ford to purchase and service my very first Brand new car purchase in 55 my years and I will be a customer for life. More

No communication. NO call back, made me feel like I was a bother to ask status. Car was in the shop for 3.5 months and returned with another issue. Emails was very unprofessional. Several work advisors were available but a long line waiting to see only 1 particular advisor not sure if they get paid on commission but it just seemed like a hot mess. More
