My husband, Robert Miller, forwarded this to me to complete as I am the one who was dealing with the your sales, service and parts departments. Long story short, I called your service department 4 times in January / February with no call backs. I finally called your Sales department in early March under the assumption that they will at least answer their phones. I waited on hold with Sales until they could patch me through to a live person in the service department. After discussing that I need a new key and taillight I was told I need to talk to the Parts department to order the parts (because evidently Service does not talk to Parts). I mostly remember being very frustrated as everyone seemed to be too busy to talk to me. We finally got the parts ordered and paid for then a week later I was told that the parts were in. (The key was already on site and I specifically asked that this 'last key' be held for me as I didn't want to make multiple trips to get these two things done.) I called to schedule the appointment to replace a key and taillight. Knowing that this should all be able to be completed in 2 hours I said I would wait for the service to be done, but then was told I need to drop the car off in the morning and I would be called when I can pick it up. Since I can work remotely it was easier and more timely for me to stay there and wait, but I kept being pushed to drop the car off in the morning between certain hours. That does not work for my scheduling so I finally scheduled a 1pm appointment for a few days out. I again asked specifically that the key I already bought was still there and would be ready. Appointment Day: All was going well for the service, but the poor front desk person had to tell me 'sorry, but your key was used by another customer'. She was put in a terrible position knowing that I was already frustrated with your overall customer service, but she handled the situation quite well and was able to have one delivered from the Waipahu location. Due to this the service took an additional hour to accomplish. I did ask to speak with you while I was there as I wanted to give your customer service rep who gave me the bad news a glowing review . . . . but you were out. I actually tried to call you while I was driving home too, thinking I would leave a message for you. I did leave a message specifically for you, but I doubt very much that you received it. At this point, I don't know what you could possibly to do win my trust back. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I do my best to avoid using your services but was told that getting the key replaced is best done by the dealer (sadly) so I tried again. Mahalo, Beverly Miller
