So disappointed in buying from a dealer that was zero help. As soon as I paid they said good bye and never helped or responded. I immediately called and texted salesperson that I could not open my glove compartment and over a week no response. Additionally I needed to rename my Tesla in order to get access to all features. No call or response from sales rep! I have not driven my car since buying because it does not recognize me and continues to be called a loaner. Im working with Tesla to resolve this issue but you would think the dealer who sold you the car would help some. Additionally I paid full asking price requesting a 220 charger. The slimy salesperson said it’s in the box unopened and brand new. I trusted him and it is only a 16A (110) charger. 😣 Can you believe I put a deposit down and awaited for my new tires as agreed upon upon purchase. The day of pick up, tires were not there and the salesperson had the nerve to tell me he wanted the full payment w/o my new tires. I refused and said I’ll pay when Honolulu Buick puts on the new tires as agreed upon. Then salesman said then they can sell the car from under me even though I put a hefty deposit down. I said “WHAT?!!” I told him, I’m willing to pick up the car if car was ready as agreed upon, which it was not! He backed off and told me he will call me when it is ready. So disappointed!! More
