Luis in Service and Francis in Parts are excellent in dealing with customers - very service-oriented; BUT . . . it's impossible to schedule service via phone or website - both options are totally unrespo dealing with customers - very service-oriented; BUT . . . it's impossible to schedule service via phone or website - both options are totally unresponsive. After driving into the dealer to schedule, even critical service takes more than 3 weeks wait time. Service is seldom complete within the time or even the day it's scheduled. Overall service rating: "F" or zero! I'll buy a new Lincoln. More

My experiences here has been less than fair each time. My last visit, my truck was still pulling after an "alignment " eas done. I took my truck there and paid $1100 expecting a full service and they didn’t even change my air filter. Now I have a warning light on reminding me to change my air filter. I left a message for my coordi service and they didn’t even change my air filter. Now I have a warning light on reminding me to change my air filter. I left a message for my coordinator to call me back, and now it is 3 weeks later and I still haven’t receive a call back. Everytime I call the service center, very rarely will someone answer the phone. From this point on, I will never recommend Honolulu GMC to anyone. I asked the to check my park assist when I had my truck serviced because it keeps going off even though there is nothing around me and they said they don’t have any technicians available. I don’t understand if they don’t have any technicians available, then who did they have found a partial full service on my truck? This place really sucks. They need to change the way it is run because no one there cares anything about the customers. More
