This was my first experience at Horne Kia and I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the overall quality of their business. I would highly recommend Horne Kia and Albert Thomas (Al) to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Al gave my wife and I breathing room during our time on their lot. He didn't hover around us, he wasn't trying to show us things we didn't want; he just let my wife and I do our thing while we looked at cars. When we did ask questions, Al was there to help us. What was really amazing is that through the deal-making process, Al and the sales manager accommodated my strange requests. For instance, I do not like "working numbers" on a piece of paper that is covered in blue magic marker and black pen. Things tend to get sloppy and information is less legible. Instead I asked that all papers they bring to me be either printed or written with one type of pen and color, and legibly. They accommodated that for me. I also asked that during the deal-making process we first come to an agreement on new vehicle price, then talk trade-in, then talk finance. They also accommodated this request because I explained to Al that when we start doing too much stuff at once, I start to lose track of what is going on and then I miss important information that ends up costing me money. Finance was also a great experience. The finance guy didn't try to sell me on extended warranties, blinker fluid replacement, or other consumer money pits that I adamantly refuse. He explained all paperwork adequately and made sure that I knew what I was signing. My experience was truly exceptional at Horne Kia! More

We walked into Horne Kia expecting a similarly bad experience as we had had at two other Kia dealerships, one in Tempe and the other was Camelback Kia. We had decided to buy a Toyota if this deal went south because we were so fed up. The car buying experience just has to change! Happily, the experience at Horne was not bad at all. The staff conducted themselves professionally and we appreciated their straightforwardness. They did not try to make us feel like idiot losers the way Camelback Kia did. The price was a little higher than what we had been offered elsewhere, but the customer service was so much better at Horne we went with them. There is NO good reason to sit and take insults to your intelligence from saleskids when you can get a competitive price, while in a positive environment, from the people at Horne Kia. More

Terrible, ongoing, experience leasing an almost 40,000 dollar 2014 Kia Sorrento. We drove it for 2 weeks and then it was out of service for over 30 days. Vehicle had a severe engine oil leak that requir dollar 2014 Kia Sorrento. We drove it for 2 weeks and then it was out of service for over 30 days. Vehicle had a severe engine oil leak that required a new engine to fix. Additional mechanical breakdowns forced more repair work after that. Dealer personnel and Kia corporate representatives were completely unhelpful and unwilling to take vehicle back or replace with another, brand new Sorrento. I am not willing to keep a new vehicle with so many problems. Kia corporate offered 'hush money' to keep the problem quiet but I am forced to take legal action and file a claim with the Arizona Lemon Law and Better Business Bureau. More

I went into Horne Kia very desperate. Both of my old cars broke down and were beyond repair. Finances are very tight.
