Thank you for your response. I appreciate you acknowledging my frustration, but I would like to be clear. this situation was not simply about a misunderstanding. It involved ongoing lack of communication and unresolved issues regarding the vehicle, which caused significant inconvenience. My credit was pulled multiple times without proper communication or authorization clarification, which negatively impacted my credit score. That is not a minor issue — that directly affects my financial standing. In addition, the lack of follow-up and the level of customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing. At no point did I feel informed, respected, or supported throughout this process. This situation goes beyond frustration. It reflects a serious breakdown in communication and professionalism. I would like a clear explanation of why my credit was pulled multiple times and what steps will be taken to address the impact. Sheri
