Oil change for my 2015 Kia Soul I had my 2nd oil change for my Soul and had an appointment at 10:30. I met with Crystal Haro, and she helped get me checked in. She found that my batt I had my 2nd oil change for my Soul and had an appointment at 10:30. I met with Crystal Haro, and she helped get me checked in. She found that my battery was low, and told me that I could get a new one at N/C. I appreciated that, because since I live in AZ, I do not want to have a dead battery in the middle of the summer. She gave me an estimated time on when the work would be completed, and it was done right as expected, with no delays. She's definitely a keeper! More

New Kia owner I recently purchased a used 2015 Kia soul. I brought it in to horne kia for a routine oil change. When I was told the dealer who sold the vehicle had I recently purchased a used 2015 Kia soul. I brought it in to horne kia for a routine oil change. When I was told the dealer who sold the vehicle had not changed 2 important filters there was a discrepancy between the 2 dealerships.The service manager at horne kia, Jimmy Powell stepped in. He listened, went to the service center to see for himself, and decided to take care of the filters for me. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. He assured me if I have any problems in the future I can go directly to him. More
