Excellent Customer Service from Tai Williams! We had been looking for a Ford Fusion for my daughter...we had gone to SEVERAL dealerships...and I noticed Sonora Nissan had 2 used Ford Fusions...so We had been looking for a Ford Fusion for my daughter...we had gone to SEVERAL dealerships...and I noticed Sonora Nissan had 2 used Ford Fusions...so we ended up there. WELL...Sonora Nissan should have been our FIRST stop!! Tai Williams came out to help us while we were browsing the used car lot. His amazing knowledge and no pressure attitude were very comforting. It is obvious that Tai LOVES what he does...he spent hours with us! He was patient, sincere, helpful, and honest. After test driving several vehicles, we ended up purchasing a used Ford Fusion. We knew the car was used...and it would have some possible scratches...but when we got home...we noticed the windshield had DEEP scratches on the drivers side that we didn't see before. I emailed Tai about this...and he had me bring the car back to the dealership so he could see it. After looking at the scratches...and listening to my concerns, he got the windshield replaced for us! TALK ABOUT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I know Tai didn't have to do that...and I appreciate the extra effort he put in to make our vehicle purchase a positive one! Another concern I had was purchasing a Ford from a Nissan dealership...we had purchased the extended warranty...but we were told that if we took the vehicle to any other dealership for repairs we would have to pay a deductible. Tai, again, listened to my concerns, and explained that we could take the car to their dealership...and if it needed parts and/or labor that Nissan wasn't able to provide...THEY would take it elsewhere without us having to pay a deductible! Tai even took me over to the service department to meet some of the employees...TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!! It is obvious to me why Sonora Nissan...and Tai Williams have such high ratings! We will definitely go to Sonora Nissan for future vehicle purchases...and we will not hesitate to recommend Sonora Nissan to our family and friends! Great Place To Buy A Car So I'm not too sure where to start. I was interested in purchasing a car and I did not want to go to some random dealership, I read online that Sonora So I'm not too sure where to start. I was interested in purchasing a car and I did not want to go to some random dealership, I read online that Sonora Nissan was #1 in AZ. I live in Tempe so driving all the way to Yuma to buy a car was not on the top of my list unless we could get all the numbers where they needed to be. I was working with Tai Williams and he made sure to get all of my info over the phone and online so I wouldn’t have to make the trip. I was so pleased to get a call back in a couple days to be told that the car we wanted was already pre-approved for us. WOW I was so excited. This car is for my Boyfriend and we wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. So we headed down to Sonora Nissan in Yuma AZ to test drive the car and sign papers. We were so please to walk in and be greeted by the other employees. Louiz is the Manager there and he made sure to get our contract papers ready in a timely manner. We were unable to test drive the car upon arrival because they had it in the shop getting new tires, struts, breaks, and shocks which was not a request on our part. I was so happy that they cared enough to do all the maintenance on the car before we even signed papers. Tai Williams was so helpful and genuine with all our questions and concerns. So when the car became ready to test drive, we all hopped in and took her on the road. The car drove nicely and so quietly, we were very pleased. The only thing we noticed was that there was candy or something that melted in the back window on the plastic, Tai was very good about taking it back to have it detailed again. I was very pleased with my visit to Sonora Nissan and so is my boyfriend Todd. He loves his new car and we will be going back in a few months to purchase another. Thats why i rated this dealership a 5. More
