Amazing and worth the drive! Wow, I can't say enough great things about my experience. I've been in the market for a Nissan Titan for about 8 months and finally found one I loved Wow, I can't say enough great things about my experience. I've been in the market for a Nissan Titan for about 8 months and finally found one I loved at a great price and most importantly a great dealership. I visited 4 different dealerships during my search and this was by far the most honest and easy to work with. I never once had the feeling I was being deceived, pressured or tricked. I live 3 hours away from this dealership (Phoenix) so I did most of the negotiating and numbers over the phone with Robert Sprouse. He gave me accurate details about the Titan I was interested in, called back frequently to explain options and numbers, and even contacted me through his cell phone so he could text pictures of the truck. Anything I asked for or about was answered. Meeting Robert in person and being at the dealership was no different. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours total, including the test drive and friendly conversation. The finance manager, Art Juarez, was pleasant to work with as well. Very friendly and didn't pressure into buying any extra warranties or extra options. They found me an incredible interest rate as well. I had been quoted a 19% interest rate at another dealership and they financed me at 3.69%! Overall, an unbelievable experience and I'm excited about my new Titan! More

Sad to Happy On Friday of Memorial weekend, the sunroof on my 2011 Altima suddenly shattered as I was leaving work. I took the vehicle to Nissan and while waiting On Friday of Memorial weekend, the sunroof on my 2011 Altima suddenly shattered as I was leaving work. I took the vehicle to Nissan and while waiting on a call from Geico, was approached by Stephanie. She was very encouraging and politely asked if I was interested in looking at the new cars and hearing about the weekend sales. Long story short, I left with a new 2014 Altima, bumper to bumper warranty, new features, near same car payment, and 9 miles on the odometer (instead of 54,000). This is the nicest car I've ever experienced and everyone has been so helpful and friendly! More

Finally, a pleasant car buying experience! On May 30, 2014, we purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Sonora Nissan. Richard Abeyta was the salesman that greeted us when we first pulled onto th On May 30, 2014, we purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Sonora Nissan. Richard Abeyta was the salesman that greeted us when we first pulled onto the lot and was the only salesman that we dealt with through the whole process, which is unusual as you are usually handed off to a "supervisor" once you show any interest in purchasing a vehicle or decide/attempt to leave without purchasing one at other dealerships. We commend Sonora Nissan for this "customer dealing with one salesman" policy. Being able to work with Richard through the whole negotiating process made our car buying experience at Sonora Nissan much more pleasant. Richard was friendly and knowledgeable, and made it easy for us to relax and concentrate on purchasing our car. Although Richard obviously wanted to sell us a car (which was his job), he was not insistent, pushy or obnoxious (words commonly used to describe car salesmen). He worked hard to obtain us the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Having purchased many cars, both new and used, over the course of our 50+ years of driving, we have never bought a second car from the same dealership. However, we can honestly say that because dealing with Richard Abeyta and Sonora Nissan was such a pleasant experience, we will be returning to them for future car purchases. We strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car stop by Sonora Nissan and talk to Richard Abeyta. More
