Exceptional experience Buying a car this week was not on my "To Do" list. Found a problem with my car, and considering the age and mileage, decided it was better to trade it Buying a car this week was not on my "To Do" list. Found a problem with my car, and considering the age and mileage, decided it was better to trade it in then have it repaired. Turned into an outstanding experience. My first contact was Drew. (He'd been recommended by Lisa.) I didn't make it easy for him, but I wasn't trying to be difficult. I knew where my payment needed to be, and he made it happen. But he managed to get me in a car I never thought I'd be able to drive ~ a Maxima! Can't tell you who was more excited, Drew or me. Even after deciding on the car, I wasn't expecting the sale to really happen ~ it was just too good to be true. Octavio and Danny were just as accommodating, and worked to make everything fall into place for me to be in this car. Without a doubt, this has been my best experience in buying a car. I am very pleased with what I have, and very grateful to Drew, Octavio, Danny and Lisa for making it happen. What a team! There were a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed ~ a sensor light that wouldn't stay off, which led to finding there was a problem with a tire. Both were taken care of quickly, and I am a very happy camper. Drew went beyond what I would ever have expected from a salesman. It was more like having a friend walk me through the whole process. I didn't ever get the feeling that I was a "job" to him. Everyone who made this happen gave me that same feeling. Lisa has been taking care of my cars (and me) for quite a few years.
