From the time I answered the ad on line, drove the 190 miles to see and purchase the car I felt as I was part of their community. The head of the online dept told me the car was still available and when I told him when I might be in to see the vehicle, he followed up with me a few days later to see if I was still coming to see it. The salesman I eventually worked with was very understanding to my financial needs and after the usual back and forth(which wasn't painful at all) I purchased the car. He provided me with reconditioning work order that was done when the car was taken in on trade and that was very thoroughly done by the service dept. He picked me up at the bus in my car, it was clean and spotless. I felt all questions about the car were answered correctly. If I was a resident of Yuma, I'd gladly return for another purchase if needed. The car ran flawlessly on the ride home. Highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Juan. More
