Armando, the salesman we worked with, was friendly, straightforward and not pushy. We felt that he was honest. He brought us inside to look at the online database so that we wouldn't be walking around in the heat looking at cars that we possibly weren't even interested in. We took the car for a test drive and liked it. He and Luis were able to give us the car for the wholesale price and we were very happy with that. They usually give you a full tank of gas before you take the car off the lot but since our used car's tank was 3/4 full, they told us to come back when the tank was almost empty and they would give us a true full tank of gas. I thought they really went the extra mile for us. It didn't feel like your stereotypical "car dealer" experience where you feel attacked and helpless. I recommend this dealership, and specifically Armando, to anyone looking for a quality used car. More

I originally went into Sonora Nissan on 7/22/2013 to get an oil change on my 2008 Nissan Altima. While I was waiting to pay, I asked my service advisor, Eric Pastrana why they wanted 2008 Altima trade ins an oil change on my 2008 Nissan Altima. He gave an explanation and personally walked me over to Tai Williams. I was on immediate edge as I know since I was a single female, I read that we're easy prey for car salesman. Tai and I talked about what I could potentially look for in another car. Because I felt at ease at his explanations, I told him I wanted to test drive one and even was frank about salesman tactics. He constantly reassured me I would be taken care of and no need to worry. After driving a 2013 Nissan Altima and the deal I got, I was extremely happy as I had not expected a 0% rate. Manny Rodriguez who is the "curtain guy" was extremely personable and introduced himself to me and shared what his role was in our business interaction. Octavio Chacon who drew up the finance paperwork was extremely patient with me as I did ask a lot of questions and was indecisive on some things. Very easy manner and customer friendly. I took ownership of the vehicle that night and had to bring it back for the Zurich Shield. Tai arranged to take me to work and when he was busy with a customer at the end of my shift, Robert Sprouse offered to come get me and take me to get my car. I was shocked!!! He insisted on coming to get me so I would not be conveniences. I even tried to politely decline to wait for Tai but he insisted it was no problem. As a manager myself in customer service for 14 years, it is hard to come across genuine people who truly do have the customer's best interests in mind. I'm not the easiest person to please and tend to stick with who I feel comfortable helping me. This has been the best experience and I am truly happy for the way I'm greeted every time I come in. I have been back quite a few times after the purchase and every last one of these gentlemen has greeted me and made sure I was ok. Great job guys! More
