We were greeted promptly by Ricky Diaz who took the time to answer all my questions and show me the differences between the various Maxima models. Not only was Ricky the most personable sales assistant I have ever dealt with but was extremely knowledgeable about the Maxima. He took the time to text me back with all the incentives as well as to follow up with a phone call to make sure that I had all the information I needed. If our exchange rate wouldn't have been so high - we would have bought the new maxima immediately from Ricky. I take delivery of my new Maxima here in Canada this Wednesday and it is all because of Ricky.
