The Best puchasing experience in my 68 years Sonora Nissan especially Carlos Solano provided the best by far of any automobile purchase in my 50 plus years of buying new or used cars. I told Carlos what my needs were and my desire to find a new vehicle with the ability to help me recover from an ill advised purchase and terms 4 years ago. He understood my parameters and was able to find us the perfect vehicle at an approximately $100 lower monthly payment. As a result of his and Emilio's (Sales Manager) efforts we now are the proud owners of a New Nissan Sentra SV which is averaging an incredible 38 MPG in city driving. Granted our hotrodding days are behind us but we still like to jump out of the red lights and stay with or lead the flow of traffic, which makes this MPG even more remarkable. Further, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of every employee I came in contact with. Greeted with a hello and smile by all. Unlike most sales organizations where people seem unhappy and in a bad mood. At Sonora Nissan they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, even the sales reps who didn't happen to obtain our sale were sincere in their acknowledgment of our purchase, smiling and saying hello on each visit. To me this is the epitome of how a sales organization should operate. A truly refreshing and pleasant atmosphere, no pressure, simply fulfilling our needs in a respectful manner. I know that in most transactions in this economy there is not a lot of profit in the product, the profit is trending toward aftermarket sales and future potential sales as well as service and parts. Unlike some, I prefer that the dealership enjoy some profit from their operations, as I want them to be their to service their products in the years ahead. I will certainly recommend Sonora Nissan to my friends and acquaintances. I shopped Kia, Hyundai, Ford, Chevrolet, Honda and Mazda. No one took the time to try and understand my requirements, they simply tried to rush me into a purchase.
