Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the seat appearance in your Pathfinder. We understand that you take great pride in your vehicles, and we certainly do not want you to feel dismissed or unheard. When concerns like this are reviewed, our team has to follow Nissan’s warranty guidelines. Based on the initial inspection, the seat material did not appear to have pulled stitching, cracking, split seams, or another condition that would typically qualify for a warranty repair at this time. That said, we understand your concern and would be happy to take another look. If you’re willing, please contact our Nissan Service Manager, Jared Bolgrum, at jaredb@hoselton.com, so we can schedule a time to inspect the seats again, take photos, and review whether there are any additional options available through Nissan or as a goodwill consideration. The seats do not have evidence of cracking , split seams, or pulled stitching but does have another condition that I feel is a warranty issue, improper fit. I do not expect any goodwill consideration, I don't favors, I want this issue fixed under warranty. What is going to change , I brought the vehicle in last week and you dismissed the issue and the seats still look the same.

Warranty coverage in situations like this is ultimately determined by Nissan based on their inspection and coverage guidelines. When we mentioned a goodwill consideration, we were referring to the process of asking Nissan to review the concern for possible assistance if it does not qualify under standard warranty coverage. Mr. Bolgrum, have showed pictures of these seats to multiple persons, and not one can understand why this is not covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment at the beginning of the week to discuss this issue with no resolve. Why weren't pictures taken at that time and submitted to Nissan ?
