Came into service center due to having issues with apple car play; and Bluetooth system. There were no loaners available until 2 day, and when I received my car back there were no complimentary car wash tha car play; and Bluetooth system. There were no loaners available until 2 day, and when I received my car back there were no complimentary car wash that’s usually provided. Customer service could’ve been better. More

Scheduled service via phone call because site keep freezing, but still was pretty easy. Jag, service advisor, was quick and efficient. A loaner car was available so I didn’t have to wait, I made a req freezing, but still was pretty easy. Jag, service advisor, was quick and efficient.
