Our salesperson was David Chang and he is one of the best salesmen I've met. He has the ability and power to make customers sign the contract. And his manager Tommy Hur was awesome, too. He offered us lunch salesmen I've met. He has the ability and power to make customers sign the contract. And his manager Tommy Hur was awesome, too. He offered us lunch since it took longer than expected. I don't remember the full name, but the financial manager, Omar was the only bad experience at House of Import. We were getting "not the most expensive car" and I had a feeling that Omar was king of looked down on us and his attitude was like if you don't want to do it with this price, then just go home. The way he talks to the customer is very unkind and makes us feel like we are being interrogated. You should hire another one. More
