Krystal was very nice and helped us find the car we like. She was upfront and honest with prices and gave us a realistic expectation of what we would pay. She was upfront and honest with prices and gave us a realistic expectation of what we would pay. More
The dealership did not meet my expectation of customer centered service. They returned my car with a quarter tank less than when I dropped it off for service and when I got in the car, it smelled like foo centered service. They returned my car with a quarter tank less than when I dropped it off for service and when I got in the car, it smelled like food. (Like someone ate inside it) They did try to help by filling the tank when I complained but it’s something that should not be happening in the first place. More
It was hard to receive accurate information and cost of the repairs needed. I felt I was being discouraged from doing business at 1st. I walked away without an accurate bill for my repairs. The nonchalant the repairs needed. I felt I was being discouraged from doing business at 1st. I walked away without an accurate bill for my repairs. The nonchalant lackadaisical concerning details was also disheartening. More
First time at House of Imports: Mom wanted another car, something a little more agile and easier to park then her Lexus SUV. She had an E class back in the day and wanted something similar. The last time t something a little more agile and easier to park then her Lexus SUV. She had an E class back in the day and wanted something similar. The last time the parentals bought a Benz, they had a really bad experience at Fletcher so I knew I couldn't take her there. Conveniently, there was a dealership 15 minutes away from her house, House of Imports. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a gentleman named Nick. He was very personable, not pushy, took his time with us, and was very genuine. It was a Sunday and I guess dealers aren't fully staffed on Sundays. Still he was able to show us a bunch of C classes. He totally hustled his xxx pulling cars to show - that place is frickin huge! Mom ended up falling in love with a dark grey C300 with black/red interior, AMG trim package. That was the easy part. I was dreading what came next: the haggling over price. Uuuugh. Honestly, I was dreading it because I knew my Mom was gonna put these guys through the ringer! Those of you with Asian moms know what I'm talking about... And you know what? It really was not that bad. We did do that thing where we drove off the lot but Nick called us and negotiated a number that my mom has happy with. Since the Mom paid cash, financing was a breeze. It took a bit of time to get the car prepped but it was Sunday. But when the car rolled up, it looked xxxxxx stunning! So worth it! So, go to House of Imports, hit up Nick when you get there! More
