They said my oil change & tire rotation would take 1. 5 hrs & I got out on time. Great service however they were short staffed and I waited an extended amount of time. If someone had communicated I could have gotten someone to pick me up and I could have come back for my vehicle. waited an extended amount of time. Have a warranty issue with the key fob that they 'cant fix' until it does it in front of them. They saw it happen but still cant fix it because their staff can only fix the problem if the computer tells t fix' until it does it in front of them. They saw it happen but still cant fix it because their staff can only fix the problem if the computer tells them what is wrong not because they are knowledgeable of the product. Dont even think about them narrowing down the problem to figure it out. More

I walked in asked if I could have oil changed and they got me right in - also did the fuel injector maintenance and I was out in a couple hours.
