We bought a car from there and by the time we got to Franklin the check engine light came on. Had to wait a week to get the car into the shop. We were fortunate to get a loaner but aggravated because Franklin the check engine light came on. Had to wait a week to get the car into the shop. We were fortunate to get a loaner but aggravated because we couldn’t fit our whole family in the there, so we had to drive two cars everywhere we went. The car spent 2 months in the shop for various reasons. Ran multiple tests and then finally got with GM and found out the part needed was a back order. (Then we were told when we picked the car up they had to order 4 parts in to get one that wasn’t cracked). My biggest complaint wasn’t the time frame it was the fact that we had to call 2-3 times a day and leave multiple messages everyday just to get an update. Then every time we’d get through we’d get a different story. I’m not sure if they were just trying to make us happy with false facts or really had no idea what was going on. I’m still not sure at this point. I know mechanics don’t like working on warranty work because they don’t make as much money but I felt like our situation was a little ridiculous. There are two sides to every story and I’m all about second chances so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another shot. More

I took it in to have parts installed, purchased through the Chevy Accessory website. After they installed the subwoofer, it didn’t work, I called back within 30 mins of leaving but, I was told that tech the Chevy Accessory website. After they installed the subwoofer, it didn’t work, I called back within 30 mins of leaving but, I was told that tech had already left for the day, and was off Friday, so I would get a call back Monday… of course no one ever called all week. so I went and fixed it myself this weekend, the guy didn't properly set connection wires into the sub so the connection was not solid. I will be taking my car to a different dealer for service moving forward More
