I have to go back to the dealership for the third time because the service techs are not trained well enough to properly order a part for my vehicle, first time they did not get out of their chairs to mak because the service techs are not trained well enough to properly order a part for my vehicle, first time they did not get out of their chairs to make sure the system was correct when it said the part was in stock ( which it wasn't ), the second time they only ordered one key when they should had ordered two keys, but hey!!!! I have nothing better to do, but hang out at the dealership all day. More

The service was easy. I had oil change and lubrication, tire rotation, replacement of engine and cabin filters and a tire with a nail. It was exactly 2 hours which I tho I had oil change and lubrication, tire rotation, replacement of engine and cabin filters and a tire with a nail. It was exactly 2 hours which I thought was very reasonable based on the volume of cars in for service the work I needed done. Did I mention the great food bar? More
