Jon Bray was my advisor and it was so refreshing to have someone actually listen to me about my car. We took the car in for heating problems. Tori Casey did her usual stellar job in making sure the car made it in as I did not have an appointment and dropped it off for the day. Hubler had the car overnigh her usual stellar job in making sure the car made it in as I did not have an appointment and dropped it off for the day. Hubler had the car overnight but diagnosed the problem and got the car back the next morning. Tori did a great job keeping us informed about the car and it was fixed to our satisfaction. Especially this time of year in the winter, the car was repaired and warming returned to the car. Kudos to Tori for her professionalism and knowledge.
