My car was in the shop for a week while we waited on a part. During that time, I was never called nor did I receive a text keeping me informed of what was going on. Once the part arrived, the technician worked on another car before mine, even though I had been waiting mote than a week. The bill was almost $1,500, $1,000 of which was labor, which seem really out of line. My days of having my vehicles serviced at a dealership are probably over -- as are my days of buying vehicles.
