I took my car in for the 60,000 mile maintenance. I called to make an appointment and got Riley in the service department. He was delightful! He respected me as a customer and we made decisions tog I called to make an appointment and got Riley in the service department. He was delightful! He respected me as a customer and we made decisions together on the maintenance of my vehicle. He explained everything without talking down to me. I feel thankful that when I called Riley answered. I normally get service at another location however this dealership is practically in my back yard and I am thankful to find a great service manager to work with.
