I was pleased with my salesman Jeff Williamson. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very clean, well laid out and inviting. My only issues are the multiple problems I have had with Chevy products that I knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very clean, well laid out and inviting. My only issues are the multiple problems I have had with Chevy products that I have bought new and maintained. Yes I keep coming back to Chevy, but these quality issues are very frustrating. They have all occurred with lower miles and are typically related to the drivetrain or other major components. These problems have occurred in a Blazer, Tahoe, 2 Suburbans and now a 2017 Camaro ZL1 convertible that I have that only has 9k miles, but is outside the 3 year/36 months. Top will not go down. Looks like a sensor issues. Really ????? More
I was scheduled for an 8:30 appointment for an oil change only and didn’t finish for 1.5 hours. I’m very disappointed that the special discount oil changes do not apply to my particular truck. I Utilize tis dealership whenever I'm in town to visit our daughter and need service. Always very accommodating and timely in getting things done.
