Shane Hannon provided superior customer service and was able to provide a wonderful experience at this dealership. He respected the parameters of what I was looking for without the extra sales pitches and able to provide a wonderful experience at this dealership. He respected the parameters of what I was looking for without the extra sales pitches and pressuring of other dealerships. Not only was he able to help find a reasonably priced vehicle in this inflated market but one of quality. Shane was very knowledgable of the vehicles that were shown allowing me to make the best decision with the options we had. A big thanks to Shane and Jeremy for getting the best deal and staying late on their weekend so that we could drive off the lot with the car we wanted. Fantastic experience and nice amenities! More

My 19' leased Tahoe was in for a repair to the rear hatch. On third day I needed my auto so I picked it up, no repair. Was told they could not find the problem. Made another appointment, returned it f hatch. On third day I needed my auto so I picked it up, no repair. Was told they could not find the problem. Made another appointment, returned it for 2 additional days. Repair was accomplished. 5 days to replace the liftgate actuator. Those liftgates must really be complicated ! More
