Overall, the experience was fine except that deadlines or promises of when work was to be completed were not kept. It took a week to fix my car. I would like to thank Shane for being a bright spot in what began as a questionable journey at Huebler’s. When my wife and I arrived & began looking at vehicles no one came out or appeared interested in h what began as a questionable journey at Huebler’s. When my wife and I arrived & began looking at vehicles no one came out or appeared interested in helping us. This became evident when I walked over to the new car side door. Shane & 2 other guys were standing outside. I asked if I could get some assistance. One of the guys asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to a buy a car. There wasn’t any enthusiasm on their part. Eventually Shane explained this wasn’t necessarily his area, but he’d try to help us. He inquired about our interests. He explained the new car situation regarding availability. He asked if we’d be interested in a used vehicle. We said we might if he had the right vehicle. Long story short Shane went and brought out several sets of keys, narrowed our interests and eventually sold us our Blazer. I cannot emphasize how close I was to walking off that lot given the lackadaisical attitude I first encountered. My wife said Shane was a bright spot in what started as a questionable visit and what she sees as a dreadful task (buying a car). A big thanks to Shane, his pleasant and helpful demeanor and knowledge of our vehicle. More

They were able to meet the price we were willing to pay but the process always takes so long! They told us they were going to clean it and fill it up with gas but neither happened, the detail team had alr but the process always takes so long!
