John lived up to his word and honored his commitment on my 2017 corvettte z-06 . We flew in and my car was ready in the Service drive bay . I dropped my car off in the middle of a workday on Tuesday and it wasn’t even touched until Friday. Turned out to be a quick fix but was charged a ton for labor. No loaner cars for people and no communication about how long to expect it to be there. We had to call every day to be told “hopefully tomorrow”. I wish they would have told us up front what to expect when we called to schedule a drop off. I wouldn’t have left work to bring it if I’d known nobody was going to work on it until Friday anyway. Selling the loaner cars to make money isn’t taking care of loyal customers. More
