The dealers facility & initial meeting were great !! - "BUT" - They hold some of the highest pricing in the state, be prepared with all your numbers prior to arrival !! Watch the #s & pricing games, Take your deal home & check it out very carefully & compare it on line. I thought I finagled a ok deal but the paperwork didn't match exactly to what was proposed! Lots of #s on that page! This I realized later when it's to late. Their service department is "not" careful with the new cars. I was delivered a new car with exterior & interior damage that was a very stressful & timely ordeal!!! I have had an issue on every service visit. they have damaged or scratched something on 3 visits. I have had to "return" my car 6+ times, work not done correct or still not fixed or they damaged something! Sorry so (not specific) I don't want to be Identified by Hubler, they would recognize my situation & I'm sure things would get worse ! I have to use them for my service, there in my area...I am picky, I spent alot of $$$ on my new Car, I expect to recieve it "new" & I expect it to be treated as new while its in their care. They have proven over & over to be very careless when handeling my car. If I call them out on the 2nd return / same problem, my car seems to go to the end of the list & is not touched for a week, .......we have other cars to work on & we are backed up. "sorry"....Like its my fault I have to keep making arrangements to get my car back because they didnt do it correctly !! ???? - REALLY INCONVIENT !! this has proven consistant for over a year now. Worst auto buying experiance of my life. I drove 50 miles to try to buy the car I have wanted since being a young man. I made an appointment did a bunch of research and was ready to buy. They took me on a te to try to buy the car I have wanted since being a young man. I made an appointment did a bunch of research and was ready to buy. They took me on a test drive and I was ready to go. I tried to ask some questions, but they ignored me and asked me questions instead. First they wanted to charge me 39,500 for a car Chevy says should be around 34,000. Ok I can almost live with that. Then they said the payment was goinmg to be over 1400.00 dollars a month for 48 months.I am a home owner with good credit and they wanted me to pays 28% intrest. When I questioned the craziness of the offer the comment from the sales manager was and I quote "Its a mans car and comes with a mans payment" What a crock of xxxx. I will go back to my locale dealer who has always treated me well but did not have the exact car I wanted. I plan on writing a letter to my locale newspaper as well as Indys to warn people about the unsavory practices at Hubler Chevrolet and will not wonder when they go out of buisness for screwing thier customers.
