I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I left my tire sensors were not working or "relearning" and they wanted to charge me over 100$ for something that worked when I came in. Knowing When I left my tire sensors were not working or "relearning" and they wanted to charge me over 100$ for something that worked when I came in. Knowing that it was not a battery problem in the sensors I took it to Costco where I bought my tires. They relearned my sensors and were done in about 3 minutes with no fee. They also found a huge bubble on one of my tires that the dealership should have caught if they had looked at all. I ended up having to buy a new tire because it was so unsafe to drive on. I no longer trust this dealership to be honest or look out for my safety. More

The only real complaint I really have is the timeframe to get in with the finance department. And once in with them it seems they try to get you to except higher rates knowing they can get it lower considera get in with the finance department.
