Very disappointed in this dealership. I bought a used truck in July. 3 months later I had my mind set to buy a new one so I went back. They definitely saw me coming when I purchased the used truck. I’ve always been a Chevy person, but I’ll buy another make before I shop here again. Total disappointment. More

At first I was impressed with the professional way the dealership worked. As I'm sitting there waiting on them to run some numbers for my monthly payment they say there has been a mistake on the website a dealership worked. I didn't say a word and was told they would draw out the loan to 5 years. I get into the financial off and again was told there was a mistake and they can only draw out the loan 3 years. After all that I drive off the lot with my newish 2016 Tahoe. For it only to start having problems within the first week. I say nothing cause it was a simple thermostat. Now it's been 2 weeks and the Tahoe has been having some electrical issues and go to start it up today and it won't start at all. I called yesterday about the vehicle having some issues and they give me the "it is a used car, and it was sold as is." Not even gonna try to help make it right. I didn't complain with they up charged me twice and now I called to ask for some help with the issue and was told I'm on my own. More

The service department has always performed my service needs very well. In the latest case, I had a transmission leak on an Astro.
