The Equinox was displayed in the showroom, and he promptly brought it outside to allow me a proper test drive. Throughout the process, Mr. Palos demonstrated a solid knowledge of the vehicle, quickly and confidently answering my questions about ground clearance, safety features, and other specifications. His professionalism and responsiveness played a key role in my decision to purchase the vehicle that same day.
