had a appointment for a oil change and it took 2 hours and 45 minutes.that seems very excessive with an appointment so i will not be returning ever again.also when i bought the car new there i asked the s and 45 minutes.that seems very excessive with an appointment so i will not be returning ever again.also when i bought the car new there i asked the salesman how some of the features worked and they had no clue on most of my questions,so i see no reason to ever return for service or a new vehicle.
