Tori conveyed the information to me that I would not have to contact GM over the warranty issue. The price issue is directed towards GM , not the dealership. This torque converter issue occurred at approximately 45,000 miles. Warranty should have covered the entire cost as well as pay for the fluid change that I had to cover . Approximately $250 if I remember correctly? More

Service provided was great. However the follow up to an invoice was undesirable. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. They were supposed to issue a credit and said they would follow up on a Monday invoice was undesirable. I had to follow up twice to get it resolved. I called the Monday after I originally called and no follow up. On Tuesday I called back again and it was supposedly resolved but I don’t have the paperwork to show if it is yet. More
